02/05/2008 - Major new report on Innovation in the UK's services sectors was launched at NESTA event

NESTA launched its latest report, 'Taking services seriously' on 2 May. The report uncovers the dynamics of innovation and was written by researchers from the Programme on Regional Innovation.

The report uncovers the dynamics of innovation in the UK’s services sectors and identifies areas where policy can act to support innovation in these sectors.

There were presentations by Michael Kitson, Director, Programme on Regional Innovation, University of Cambridge and Allan Mayo who presented findings from a joint BERR-NESTA project on Innovation in Services.
