This requires a sound knowledge of the dynamics of innovation and the strategies that can be used to exploit new products in the market place.
What does the programme cover?
This executive education course explores the stages of the innovation process from idea generation to product exploitation. It will examine why some companies are more innovative than others, the role of organisation, teams and culture as well as how one manages across organisational boundaries.
The course will be led by Professor Nick Oliver, and will include experienced faculty from Cambridge and MIT, as well as leading practitioners in the field of innovation.
